STQC certified Biometric device : UIDAI प्रोजेक्ट के लिए बायोमेट्रिक उपकरणों के टेस्टिंग और सर्टिफिकेशन का उद्देश्य – नामांकन और प्रमाणीकरण एजेंसियों को गुणवत्ता मूल्यांकन किए गए बायोमेट्रिक उपकरणों की उपलब्धता की सुविधा प्रदान करना है। यह सर्टिफिकेशन योजना आत्मविश्वास प्रदान करती है कि प्रमाणित उपकरण विश्वसनीय, सुरक्षित और आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हैं।

वर्तमान में इस योजना में नामांकन और प्रमाणीकरण उपकरणों के लिए फिंगरप्रिंट इमेज स्कैनर, आईरिस कैमरा शामिल हैं। STQC सर्टिफिकेशन में हार्डवेयर टेस्टिंग, सॉफ्टवेयर टेस्टिंग और STQC टेस्ट रिजल्ट्स का विश्लेषण करने के बाद ही सर्टिफिकेट प्रदान किया जाता है। निम्नलिखित टेबल में STQC certified Biometric device की सूचि दी हुई है।
