Main ek CSC operator hu, aur mere pass hamesha koi n koi kissan bhai, kheti se related schemes ka aawedan karne ke liye aate hai. bahut sare kisan aise hote hai jinke pas AgriStack ka enrollment number hota hai lekin farmer id nhi hota, jabki "farmer id" hi improtant hota hai. Aise sthiti me farmer id ke liye kisan ke AgriStack account me login karna padta hai, jiske liye OTP ki aawshyakta hoti hai aur kuch logo ke pass mobile phone nhi hota to kuch logo ke SIM card ghum gye hote hai, aise Farmer ID dhundna mushkil ho jata hai.
