  1. Visit the official Idemia / Morpho India website and download the latest Windows RD Service package.
  2. Uninstall any previous version of the Morpho driver before installation.

  4. Connect the Morpho MSO 1300 E3 via USB — Windows Device Manager should show "Morpho Smart MSO 1300".
  5. Open the Morpho RD Service application from the system tray.
  6. Click Activate — the device will be registered with UIDAI's RD service portal online.
  7. Test capture: open a test capture window in the RD Service tray to confirm a green fingerprint image.
